Tried and true

This is our favorite soup at Olive garden so I thought I would give it a try and..... it is kind of amazing. Go ahead and try it.



Olive Garden Toscana Soup
2 3/4 C Chicken broth
1/4 C Heavy cream
1 Med. Russet potato sliced thinly
2 C. chopped kale
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Get the first 4 ingredients to a boil then add the rest.
