Kylie just celebrated her 100th day of school a week or so ago. She wanted to bring in 100 penny's. Easy enough, right? Sure but after she was half way through counting them her fingers were black.. Eww. So we boiled them then I took a cotton ball and fingernail polish remover and wiped each one of those suckers down. Front and back. I will admit it was a little over kill BUT the she was going to be counting them at school and using them for some projects so I figured we would spare her a germ or two (along with the rest of the class). Well, she gets off the bus and explains that her and another kid both brought in 100 penny's and she thinks the bags may have gotten mixed up. Ha ha so much for being OCD!
