Give a little SEWING lesson. Even if you’re not the best. What a fun medium for Reese to explore with!
You can never read too much! So everything I am reading tells me to make a cozy nest and READ. When Kels came for a visit a few months back the kids loved to cuddle up to her.
Kylies bedstand a few months ago. In fact yesterday she read a whole chapter book! All in one day!
Kylie could quite possibly be the most creative person I have ever met, sometimes I like to attribute it to the fact that we didn’t own a television for the first 7 years of her life. True story, if fact we only got it to watch the Olympics and we were going to return it, but that never happened. Anyways, she made a leash and collar for their pet frog.
PUFFY PAINT!
I love finding little drawing around the house. Reese and
Nixon are such good little buddies I’m so sad when Reese will have to leave us
for school in a few weeks. One thing you will always find in our home is fresh markers
and crayons sitting out. I want to always encourage my children to be drawing
and to BE CREATIVE.
Side note: Did you know if you were to ask my kid their favorite food they would say sushi? A random fact Conrad and I love. MAKE SUSHI!
And TAKE PICTURES of it all!
