The last time I threw a surprise party was for my BFFs 16th
birthday, so I gave it another go for sweet Kylie. For her 9th
birthday we sure surprised her! I seriously told myself “Okay the kids don’t need
a party EVERY year" and then the day before I was like “Why not?! YOLO!” So I called
up Kys BFFS and got the party started!
