July and August- SO much!!

Ky and Ree went to the BYU volleyball camp with Ava and Pais. They had a blast living the student life for a week.

Boating, always boating:)

My big bro turned 40 and Jen threw an EPIC party.

Playing at the beach with friends.

Reese and I took the twins on a date. We did floral design at the park.
Elle turned THREE. Elle is darling. Like BYOND darling. She lovessss babies, animals, playing dolls, playing kitchen, copying Crew, all of her siblings, curry, treats, baking, painting, reading!!!, snow skiing and her nursery leader.

We had a little pony come to celebrate Miss Elle.
Cara had THE most perfect little baby Layla. Cara is one amazing human and an even better mother.
Kelsey and her awesome family came up to boat.

Some of our besties from Michigan came to visit us and we LOVED each and every moment.
Provo, UT
Fish Kiss
Causey Reservoir. Cliff jumping and paddle boarding.

We had Shabbat and ate some amazing food Michelle and Syd cooked for us.
Then we went on a night hike that will not soon be forgotten.

Nixon's Room

It was fun to transform Nixon's room into a big boy room.

I made banners for each of the kids with their "numbers" birth weight, height, day, etc. And a few words that they are to me.

I love Nixon's room because its clean, modern but still fun, and as always a few homemade touches to personalize it.

Growing uP

These little ones are growing so fast! We measured Nixon and Reese's feet. He is getting so big.

We always have to throw in some splits. I need to start an IG account with all of their splits!

Sissy Night

For a few years now we do "Sissy nights". Conrad and I decided long ago when Kylie was just a babe that we wouldn't let the kids do "sleepovers". So in replace of that, we give the girls a special night every month or so. They get to pick out a movie, treats and just hang out and have a fun night together. Before the festivities begin we take down the picture hanging on their wall of just the 2 of them and flip the frame over. On the back side of the frame they get to write why they love each other. It is so sweet to hear their reasons now when they are small. I wonder what their reasons will be when they are big?

Back-to-school

This Year I got my act together and did a Back-To-School night. Our theme this year is “Shine Your Light” I made magnets for the girls to keep in their lockers (yes, even Reese in pre-school has a locker! Its for all their snow stuff). We had a super fun dinner and shared how we can shine our lights. Reese's comment was another heart warming experience for me when she said, “When we shine our light it will inspire others to shine their light.” I love this mothering gig.

 First day of 3rd grade!
