Graduation!

I officially get to kiss a Dr.. It's awesome.

This phase in our lives is so dear to my heart for many reasons. I am always over come with
gratitude for the things our parents have both done these past few years to "ease" the burden of Medical school. The frequent trips, the fun packages in the mail, the fresh flower deliveries have all helped make this the best four years of our life. Having Kelsey move here to Arizona to be near us was one of the best things that has happened to our family. The kids now have a special relationship with her that will last a life time. Cara has made countless trips to spend time with and soak up these little ones and the end result has brought our family that much closer. We have just been so blessed to be in Arizona at that time in our lives. Arizona has blessed us.

I thought it would be fun to put in "Now and Then" pictures of when we started med school to when we finished. 4 years has flown by.

                                                                  Now & Then
Conrad's parents came all the way from Montana to watch their son graduate!

My ENTIRE family came out to celebrate and support us. They rock.

I am SO proud of Conrad. Seriously, so proud.

The friends we made turned into family. We could have done it NO other way. These are my peeps for life. XOXO This is the best picture i had:(

The girls can not get enough of sushi! Hey crack me up!!
When we play hid n seek, it gets a little crazy!
We got to go with nick and his family to the Sun Devils game. We had such a great time.
I finally got a picture with one of my most favorite people ever.
My whole family came for Thanksgiving and we ran in a turkey trot.
I ran a 7:13 pace for the 5k. I was so excited about that! (Not withy the stroller:)
Kelsey took us on an insane hike. We almost died.
We took Kurt and Jen and kels to a shooting range.
We went to Tempe town lake and watched a. Boat parade with jenny and Sky. And we met up with nick and Nykell.
The next weekend we went to look at an insane street chuck full of Christmas lights. We love it when we get to squeeze int he burn with these guys!!

December

Still playing catch up! We went eat with Kylie quite a bit in December. The kids LOVE going to school and Kylie LOVES soaking in and showing off her little sis and brother.

THEN.... Kurt and Jen came to play!!! The kids have so much fun together. I love that they love each other.

And we got to have doughnuts with Santa in the morning and lunch with Kylie that afternoon!
While Nixon napped we played scientist!

Later that month Nick and Mason brought over rootbeer floats for Reese's birthday. The girls were pleased as punch to stay up past bedtime! We will sure miss these 2 next year!

November

My parents came to visit for Thanksgiving and we had such a wonderful time. My mom made the girls matching jammies to go with their cabbage patch dolls. She is so dang talented!
My sisters took my girls out for a date to paint pottery. I am so lucky my girls have such amazing women in their lives to look up too.

This is how the neighborhood kids communicate.
Kylie loves setting up puppet shows, teaching times or any kind of class for the kids.
Kelsey gave us the idea to keep homeless bags in our car. So the kids and I put them together with food and water and we keep them in the burb for when we see a homeless person. The kids have LOVED it.
Our first time we got to hand a bag out, we had to drive by the street corner 3 times in order to time the stoplight to be stopped by the homeless man. But then he wasn't looking at us so we kinda had to toss it his way and it startled him but I'm sure he was thankful once he realized what it was:)
Lets check out those cute bags the girls decorated for them:)
Reese has been loving art project that I can explain step by step. This was a easy one, the end of a celery bunch.
And we got to paint our Thanksgiving paintings too.

Kylie's first running meet she came in 6th in her age group! The kids all run a 1 mile course. We were so proud of her! Her last meet she came in 3rd place! (More on that later)
